We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager / Executive to join a PR agency, based in Central London gorgeous offices.  This agency is a friendly, integrated agency that specialises in communications (PR and marketing) for entertainment brands.   This ordinarily involves delivering the following for clients: consumer PR, business and trade PR, digital marketing, social media, stakeholder relations, community engagement, consumer events, magazines etc.

The key attributes for this role are:

  • Administrative assistant to a team of 4/5
  • Office management: including managing stationery supplies, office equipment, recycling, IT support, overseeing of emptying rubbish bins
  • Some PA work to the 2 directors, e.g. diary management
  • Answering the phone
  • Preparing agendas for team meetings etc.
  • Basic client liaison
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments etc.
  • Managing the meeting room
  • CB website administration and management of CB marketing materials (incl. updating iPad)
  • Printing and binding documents
  • Managing client survey
  • Co-ordinating CB e-newsletter
  • Preparing presentation/pitch/credentials documents
  • Research support
  • Supplier invoice processing & tracking/In-house petty cash
  • invoicing, expenses and collections.
