We are currently recruiting for a Head of Digital for a leading London PR agency based in Central London.
You will be a part of creating meaningful and targeted digital marketing campaigns for some of London’s best known restaurants.  The right candidate will be someone who gets excited by increased traffic, higher conversion, and knowing all there is to know about what makes consumers tick.  They need someone who loves social, and believes in the power of digital platforms to really make a difference; who knows the tricks of the trade when it comes to making sure lookers turn into bookers. This person is key to driving forward Digital Marketing for their clients.

  • Develop and drive forward Digital Marketing processes for Gerber and Gerber clients
  • Develop comprehensive training programme alongside the Managing Director and Head of Media Relations in order to on-board wider Gerber team to Digital Marketing processes
  • Work alongside account teams to ensure integrated approach to all client campaigns, linking in with full communications and PR strategies
  • Advise on intelligent newsletter/e-marketing campaigns that drive traffic to sites and increase conversion -  to include segmentation and targeted delivery, content creation, email software management, and reporting
  • Create engaging social media campaign strategies that support the key messages of each client
  • Oversee social media implementation – including content creation, outreach, engagement, scheduling, advertising, and reporting – in order to grow clients’ social media presence across all relevant platforms and reach target demographics
  • Implement creative growth strategies in order to build databases and increase relevant audiences
  • Advise on SEO/PPC and digital advertising strategy
  • Create website briefs for internal or external agencies and oversee new website design and build
  • Work alongside Client Account Directors and Client Account Managers to assist with upselling digital marketing services to existing and potential clients
