We offer guidance to clients on availability, remuneration for specific skill sets and methods of sourcing, and aim to have a shortlist of relevant and available candidates for review within 24 hours of receiving your brief. All candidates have been interviewed and would be fully briefed.
In consultation, we match your experience and background with the needs of our clients, to help bring about a positive opportunity which ultimately suits the needs of both parties.
We operate a flexible and 'out of hours' service (which includes initial registration) to ensure that any last minute changes can be made and no opportunities are lost. Regular contact also ensures that we are fully ‘in the loop’ as to your current status and availability.
All contract negotiation is managed by Media Recruitment and you can elect how you would like to be paid. Again this is flexible and can be tailored to suit your individual needs. All payment details are discussed fully and agreed with you prior to any contract being undertaken. This provides you with the security and knowledge that you will always have your contracts ‘managed’ by a trusted third party.
