Sourcing Candidates
As no two vacancies - or candidates - are the same, Media Recruitment will work proactively and resourcefully to fill your vacancy. Once you have briefed Media Recruitment, the vacancy is immediately posted on our website. With a variety of recruitment methods available, we will advise which one would be the most effective:
- Database search: if we have an existing CV to suit your vacancy, our database is designed to quickly find the right applicant.
- Advertising assignments: a method most commonly used when sourcing highly specific roles and to attract those people who may not be actively looking at the time. As your exclusive agency, we write creative, effective copy and will produce an advertisement on your behalf. We then conduct initial interviews and compile a shortlist of the most suitable applicants.
- Specialist search and selection: we have a dedicated and highly experienced search consultant, who will be assigned to your brief.
We will keep you updated at every stage of the recruitment process. Once the vacancy is filled, Media Recruitment's dedicated consultants are on hand to answer any further questions you may have or provide further support.
