A two way process:
After having a face to face meeting with you if we haven’t worked with you before or for over 6 months, we ask for:
- A full job brief and background information
- A response to all CVs forwarded
- To be kept updated on changes to the company or vacancy status on a timely basis
- Signed agreement to our Terms of Business prior to the process commencing
We provide objective, focused and informed advice and have a range of search solutions to satisfy our clients recruitment needs:
- Access to our extensive, pre-screened pr and marketing professions
- Targeted on line and print advertising (having drafted a detailed job description and candidate profile) to proactively attract additional candidates
- Joint sponsored advertising (managing the responses and submitting bespoke shortlist directly from this)
- Executive search for board level hires or where a specific skill set is required
- Freelance & Interim – ranging from one day to year long contracts
We will work with you to identify the best search solution for your needs and support this with a tailor-made recruitment programme involving:
- in-depth face to face competency based interviews with all candidates
- Presentation of targeted shortlist with detailed personal profiles indicating suitability, level, salary expectation etc
- Management of interviews and feedback (to you and the candidate)
- Offer and reference process
- On going HR support (as corporate members of the REC – Recruitment & Employment Confederation) with regard to matters such as; employment legislation; contracts; disciplinary procedures, tax status)
